Yes, we provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free meal options. Each meal is clearly labeled with ingredients and nutritional information, so you can easily identify meals that suit your dietary preferences. You can filter your menu by dietary type during the ordering process.
How often are meals delivered, and how fresh are they?
We deliver meals twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays to ensure maximum freshness. All meals are prepared the day before delivery and packaged in temperature-controlled containers. Each meal stays fresh for up to 3 days in your refrigerator, with clearly marked preparation instructions.
Do you deliver to my area in Romania?
We currently deliver to Timișoara and surrounding areas within a 15 km radius. To check if your address is covered, simply enter your postal code on our order page. We are expanding delivery zones regularly, so if your area isn't covered yet, you can join our waitlist to be notified when we arrive.
Can I track the nutritional content of each meal?
Absolutely. Every meal comes with a detailed nutrition label showing calories, macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats), fiber, and sodium content. You can also access this information on our website or mobile app before placing your order, making it easy to plan your daily intake and stay within your personal nutrition targets.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, card payments (Visa and Mastercard), and mobile payment options. Payment is processed securely during checkout. How quickly can I start a meal plan?
Orders placed before 2 PM on Monday or Thursday will be included in the next delivery scheduled for that same week. If you order after the cutoff time, your first delivery will be in the following week. We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to allow time for meal preparation and packaging.
